Ingredients
2 Ready made puff pastry sheets
A Jar of Potini’s Rum Caramel (4 tablespoons caramel sauce)
1/2 pack gingersnap cookies crush
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200c
2. Place biscuits in a ziplock bag and give them a good bash with a rolling pin until crushed.
3. Unroll your pastry sheets, set one aside.
4. Spread 3-4 tablespoons of caramel onto your pastry sheet.
5. Sprinkle crushes biscuits over the caramel.
6. Place the other pastry sheet evenly on top.
7. Using a knife or pizza cutter cut vertically in strips.
8. Twist each strip of pastry then roll into a swirl.
9. Brush each pastry with egg wash.
10. Bake for 10-15mins.
